How do I register?
Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner. You can register with your email or use your Google account for quick sign-in.
How do I buy a plan?
Go to the "Plans" page, choose a plan and click "Select Plan". Fill in the required fields and complete the payment. After a successful payment you will receive access details.
What payment methods are available?
We accept YooKassa, PayPal, Stripe, bank transfer and bank receipt (Sberbank). Available methods may vary depending on settings.
How does the wallet work?
The wallet is your internal balance. You can top it up and use it to pay for subscriptions. Recurring subscriptions are charged automatically from your wallet balance.
How do I get an API key?
Purchase an API key plan. After payment, the key will appear in your "Subscriptions" section. Copy it and use it with compatible services (OpenAI-compatible API).
How do I cancel a subscription?
Go to "Subscriptions", find the active subscription and click "Cancel". The service will remain active until the end of the paid period.
What is auto-renewal?
For monthly and recurring plans, payment is automatically charged from your wallet at the start of each billing cycle. Make sure your wallet balance is sufficient.
