Anti-Spam Policy

Rules for permitted messaging, anti-spam restrictions, and consequences of violations while using the platform.

1. General Provisions

This Policy defines the position of You.Ru (LLC "NIS") regarding unsolicited messaging and the use of the platform infrastructure for mass communications.

We follow a zero-tolerance approach to spam and expect clients to comply with applicable law and accepted industry standards.

2. What Is Considered Spam

  • bulk messaging sent without verified recipient consent;
  • messages containing malware, phishing attempts, or fraudulent offers;
  • use of forged headers, hidden sender identity, or concealed domains;
  • campaigns sent to purchased or third-party mailing lists;

3. Requirements for Legitimate Messaging

  • each recipient must provide explicit consent to receive messages;
  • each message must include a working unsubscribe link or equivalent opt-out method;
  • the sender must be clearly identifiable by legal name and contact details;

4. Consequences of Violations

If violations are identified, services may be suspended immediately and the client account may be blocked without prior notice.

Where necessary, information about violations may be disclosed to telecom providers, payment partners, and competent authorities.
