Public Offer Agreement
Core service terms, acceptance procedure, responsibilities of the parties, and payment rules.
1. Document Status
This document is a public offer in accordance with Articles 435 and 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Acceptance of the offer occurs when the client pays for services, registers an account, or performs any other action clearly indicating agreement with the service terms.
2. Subject of the Agreement
LLC "NIS" provides the client with domain registration, website hosting, server infrastructure rental, AI services, and other digital products available on the platform.
3. Rights and Responsibilities
- The service provider undertakes to deliver paid services and provide baseline technical support.
- The client undertakes to provide accurate information, comply with platform usage rules, and pay for services on time.
4. Pricing and Payment Procedure
Service pricing is published in the client dashboard and on the storefront. Payment is made using one of the methods enabled in the system.
If a service is recurring, payment is charged for the relevant billing period according to the selected plan.
